Jiajiayue Group is a leading retailer of fresh food in China.It is a traditional chain retail listed company with complete supply chain management,fresh characteristic management and regional intensive layout.In recent years,the growth of Jiajiayue's performance in the regional market has fallen into a bottleneck and has begun to actively explore strategic innovation.On the other hand,the fourth retail revolution opened,traditional retail giants Gaoxin retail and Yonghui Supermarket actively embraced the Internet.To achieve transformation and upgrading,the online and offline gradually merged.Under the background of new retail,the traditional retailers represented by Jiajiayue,how to tap the core strengths and resources of the enterprise,explore the road of strategic innovation that is suitable for the traditional retail industry,and drive the growth of the enterprise with innovation,which is worth considering.Through the summary of the public information of Jiajiayue Group,the paper closely follows the theoretical and practical experience of the listed companies to closely follow-up visits,field research,participate in the annual shareholder meeting,interviews with strategic management and senior management personnel,organize Jiajiayue Company to carry out strategic planning and ecological strategy innovation exchange meeting.Try to explore a new strategy that is suitable for the development of family.Based on the theory of supply chain business ecosystem and the core competitive advantage of Jiajiayue Group in fresh food supply chain management,this paper deeply studies its current business niche,ecological resources and strategic intentions in the supply chain business ecosystem.The paper proposes the strategy of building a business ecosystem with Jiayue Group as the backbone enterprise and fresh food service supply chain as the core.On the basis of the ecosystem theory,it puts forward some specific strategic measures,such as building a S2B2C model with supply chain as the core,and to create innovative solutions as"Yueyun Library","Yueyun Kitchen"and"Yueyun Chuang"ecological core.It is gratifying to note that the theory and measures of strategic innovation proposed by the author in this paper have been highly recognized and implemented by the strategic management of Jiajiayue Group.This article is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which comprehensively expounds the research background,significance,research methods and research contents of this thesis.The second chapter is a theoretical review,focusing on strategic innovation,introduction and innovation research based on supply chain business ecosystem theory.The third chapter introduces the development process of Jiajiayue and analyzes its supply chain system.The fourth chapter analyzes the resources and environment of Jiajiayue Group's supply chain business ecosystem.The fifth chapter combines the supply chain business ecosystem theory,the current business niche of Jiajiayue Group,and the ecological resources and intentions of Jiajiayue,proposing to build a model of the business ecosystem with Jiajiayue Group as the backbone enterprise and the fresh food service supply chain as the core.The sixth chapter puts forward the specific strategic measures for Jiajiayue Group to construct the strategic innovation of commercial ecosystem with fresh food service supply chain as the core.Finally,in the conclusion section.
