Research On The Collaborative Innovation Of Industry Chain Based On Business Ecosystem

With the competition in the market economy and the challenge of environmental pollution, the traditional auto industry has met many challenges.Subsequently, more eyes begin to focus on the development of new energy vehicles.With the development in recent years, the industry of new energy vehicles has obtained many achievements, but there are also many problems.The most important problem is the establishment of the coordinated ability among enterprises in business ecosystem.Therefore,it is necessary to make researches about the development of new energy automotive industry from the perspective of the business ecosystem.This article selects the typical enterprise in new energy automotive industry as cases,and make a further study of the collaborative innovation among enterprises in the business ecosystem.This paper discusses the collaborative innovation process of the commercial ecosystem with the case study combined with and analysis of the grounded theory method.First of all, on the basis of literature research, this article reviewed the domestic and foreign scholars on business ecosystem and collaborative innovation question research.Then, this article made the detailed instructions to study design.Then, this article shows the data analysis process, including the data of open coding,spindle type codes and the choice type code.This paper finds out the theoretical framework of the collaborative innovation in a business ecosystem and concludes that collaborative innovation capability is the core factor in collaborative innovation progress,which includes four coordinated process:Core enterprises’ innovation strategy affects the number of members, cooperation target and system derivation;The member enterprises enhance the mutual trust and cooperation to ensure the knowledge flow within the system and the collaboration efficiency;With the trust and cooperation,the ecosystem could build the value alliance and own the innovation gains’ exclusiveness, which form the competitive advantage;With the mix function of the above three aspects,the ecosystem can realize the innovation symbiosis,ensuring the stability of ecosystem.According to the progress,the industrial chain enterprise can achieve collaborative innovation.
