| The deepening of the global economic development,the competition between enterprises is no longer a single area of competition,but also into a global competition,the competition between enterprises is no longer a competition between enterprises,but the competition between supply chain and supply chain,in the supply chain management,procurement is a very important function,purchasing connects the purchaser and the supplier,the purchasing supplier development and selection determines the supply in the process of the quality of the products,purchaser and supplier relationship determines the purchaser can obtain lower prices,better products.The purchase price determines whether the enterprise is in a superior competitive position and has competitive advantages in the fierce market competition.The purchase quality determines customer satisfaction and the corporate image.At the same time.procurement determines the smooth progress of enterprise production and operation activities,plays a decisive role in reducing enterprise operating costs,is the source of enterprise benefits.Another negative,supplier was a key part in the supply chain,is one of the main body of procurement activities,choose the right supplier,and instead of a strategic partner,is the of supply chain management,in the new logistics and procurement of economic situation,the supplier management more and more important in the whole procurement activities,fair and friendly strategic relationship with suppliers,can reduce the purchase cost of the enterprise,and suppliers to achieve win-win results.In this paper,IKEA,a global home furnishing retailer,is taken as the research object.In combination with relevant theories of supply chain management,procurement management and quality management,the procurement mode,supplier management and quality control of IKEA are analyzed to analyze its current situation,existing problems and corresponding optimization strategies.Due to IKEA USES the global centralized purchasing process,to broaden the procurement channels,the purpose of reduce supplier purchasing price,but also lead to the purchasing cycle is too long and excessive pursuit of low prices,therefore,IKEA should optimize the procurement process,procurement process restructuring,so as to simplify the purchasing process,improve the efficiency of purchasing,keep their purchasing advantage;IKEA pays attention to reach friendly strategic partner relationship with suppliers,to ensure that the number of suppliers to supply products,quality and delivery timeliness,but IKEA also exist in the management of suppliers sourcing low efficiency,high degree of dependence on suppliers,this is not conducive to business development,so the IKEA should be strict,fast and efficient supplier development program,a scientific evaluation system of suppliers in order to select the most appropriate suppliers,reduce the dependence of the supplier,improve the negotiations with suppliers bargaining power.In addition,IKEA also should establish the high quality of the data in time feedback mechanism and improve supplier quality system,strictly control the supplier to supply the quality of the products in the process of-purchasing management,reduce volatility in the quality in the production process and meet consumers’ needs and expectations,and gradually improve the image of enterprise,achieve the mission and vision of the enterprise. |
