Research On The Development And Reform Of Manufacturing Industry In Jilin Province

Since the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics began,the central committee of Communist of China led by Xi Jinping has been concentrated at the real economy as the most important part of development.Taking the improvement of the quality of supply system as the main target,the central committee of Communist of China has been focused on the accelerating of the construction of a strong manufacturing country and the development of advanced manufacturing industry,also the transformation and upgrading of the traditional manufacturing industry to enhance the advantage of manufacturing industry.The central committee of Communist of China has been inheriting and developing the successful historical experience of reform and opening in the past 40 years,as well as promoting the development through reform and implementing new development ideas.By taking supply-side structural reform as the main line,the central committee of Communist of China has been continuing the overall and deep reforms and implementing "Made in China 2025”to support the optimization and upgrading of the traditional industries.This study is to probe the revitalization methods of old industrial bases in Jilin Province.The manufacturing industry,which is the main carrier of the economy in Jilin Province,is selected as the research object,to promote the development of manufacturing industry reform,improve the economy of Jilin Province,and help the overall and omni-directional revitalization of Jilin Province.Through systematic sorting of the manufacturing industry in the old industrial base of Jilin Province,combined with the investigation and interview,by enumerating and analyzing the factors input,scientific and technological innovation and economic benefits in the manufacturing industry development of Jilin Province,it is found that the demand for skilled operators and subsequent reserves are not well connected in the manufacturing industry development course of Jilin Province.While the industrial structure gradually adapts to market variations,the joint mismatch between management level and the real market still needs to be reformed,and it's promising in the strategic planning of opening up to the outside world.In the manufacturing process,the fusion and coordinated development of manufacturing industry and ecology is still insufficient.This study puts forward a feasible and effective scheme to improve manufacturing industry in Jilin Province from a new perspective,which looks to veterans and excellent agricultural workers,making them enter and translate into a long-term strength in manufacturing.It is actively adapted to the actual demand of the market,improves enterprise management level and supply strength,and strives to transform itself from industrial conversion to advanced manufacturing industry.It grasps the advantage of Jilin Province as China's northbound development and open location,gives play to the effect of opening window based on the Asia-Pacific economic circle,practices the forward-looking strategy of sustainable development,plans the reform of manufacturing industry while taking into account the coordination of environmental resources,to innovate the inadaptability in the development of manufacturing industry,the strategy of promoting the revitalization of the old industrial base in Jilin Province with the development of manufacturing industry,and to assist the revitalization strategy of the old industrial base in Jilin Province with the development of manufacturing industry,to provide driving force for the prosperity of the old industrial base and the development of manufacturing industry in Jilin Province.
