Since the reform and opening up,China has experienced the largest and fastest urbanization process in the history of the world.As China's economy enters a new normal,economic growth mode changes,structural adjustment pains,and kinetic energy conversion difficulties are intertwined.How to promote new urbanization with high quality has become a prominent problem to be solved urgently.The new Marxist space theory provides an important theoretical source and guiding ideology for the new urbanization of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Therefore,studying the theoretical basis,formation process and era value of China's new urbanization theory from the perspective of Marxist urbanization thought can enrich China's new urbanization theory research,and provide scientific for better achieving the overall goal of comprehensively deepening reform.Theoretical guidance.This paper pays attention to the particularity of urbanization in China's inland areas,especially the prominent role of local governments in urban construction.The typical type of suburban villages in the city is selected,and the case of Sun Litang community in Kaifeng City is used as a research case.In-depth interviews,using the method of policy process analysis,first analyzed its effectiveness in the process of urbanization,and effectively combed relevant lessons,followed by the organization model of the village collective economic development process and the soul of the village The role of the in-depth analysis and discussion,and finally analyzed the problems in the process of urbanization of this village,and put forward constructive suggestions for the sustainable development of the village and the cultivation of industrial systems.Through research,this paper has the following conclusions:Unlike the urbanization process in the West,in the process of urbanization of Sun Litang community,local government is no longer the "enterprise government" in the process of urbanization in the West,but directly dominates urbanization from beginning to end.Process.The current development of Sun Litang community has experienced four stages:construction of new villages,preparation of collective property assets,asset custody operations,and accumulation of capital circulation.Among them,efficient and democratic organization and management mode,and "confirmation" of villagers property The early completion and the exemplary role of the soul figure play the most crucial role in the urbanization process of the village.In the process of urbanization of Sun Litang community,Marxist analysis also found that the creativity and narrow line of small farmers' consciousness coexisted,and always influenced the development path and direction of the village collective,and also imprisoned Sun Li.The problem of the follow-up development of non-agricultural population transfer and the integration of villagers into urbanization after the villagers changed their residences in the village,and further restricted the future development level and level of the villagers.The urbanization of urban suburbs in the future should follow the sustainable development direction of the "five in one".On the basis of the individual sustainable development of the villagers,it is necessary to clarify the property rights of agricultural land,establish a virtuous circle of village management mode,strengthen cultural construction,and actively carry out the industrial system cultivation plan.
