Study On Family Farm Development In Chang-de City

Family farms is China's one of the most main organizational form of modern agriculture.Family farms for the development of modern agriculture and rural economic development of our country has the vital role.The superiority of its main performance for the appropriate scale,high productivity,farmers' income higher economic benefit is good,and many other aspects.But the family farm in our country is still in the initial stage of development,our country started from 2013 in the nationwide promotion of family farm,family farms in our country has exposed many problems in the process of the development.Selection based on the analysis and research,in the process of development of Chang-de city family farm as well as the problems in developing exposed as the main research question has carried on the comprehensive analysis and research,and aiming at the problems existing in the relevant improvement measures and Suggestions are put forward.Through the analysis of this article and research for the development of family farm and has played a certain reference significance for the development of modern agriculture in Chang-de city.In the study,this paper first to domestic and foreign research literature related to the family farm has carried on the induction and summary,the development history of the family farm sites related to the concept and characteristic of the theory of contract system,scale economy theory,land property right theory and transaction cost theory and so on were described in detail.On the basis of the status quo of the development of farm as well as the existing problems and shortcomings are discussed in this paper in Chang-de city,by discussing,family farm in the process of development of the main problems in land circulation,insufficient funds and management structure is not reasonable compensation,the farmer comprehensive quality is not high,and the social service system is not perfect and so on related issues.Finally aimed at these problems and the insufficiency,using the experience of developed countries in the development of the family farm,and puts forward the measures and Suggestions to promote the development of rapid family farm in Chang-de city,specifically including the following aspects:first,to further improve the system of land circulation in Chang-de city;The second is the development of all-round for family farm financing in Chang-de city;Three is further unified and clear standard of identifying a family farm;Fourth,actively guide family farmers to optimize the management structure;Five is the comprehensive training of family farmers,improving their comprehensive qualities;Six is according to the development of family farm with a full range of social services in Chang-de city.
