Study On Performance Evaluation Of Social Responsibility Of Changzhou Tobacco Monopoly Bureau(Company)

In recent years,social responsibility has received increasing attention from scholars.Especially since the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the state has advocated the fulfillment of social responsibility in all kinds of institutions and enterprises,especially in the domestic tobacco industry.As a special enterprise,tobacco industry produces bad effects on human body.Therefore,tobacco enterprises should fulfill their social responsibilities.Combined with the current situation,this paper discusses in detail the performance evaluation of tobacco enterprises in fulfilling social responsibility,which plays a very important role in promoting the tobacco industry to fulfill social responsibility.Based on this,based on stakeholder theory,social contract theory and government function theory,this paper takes Changzhou tobacco monopoly bureau as a specific case and discusses in detail the performance evaluation of tobacco monopoly bureau in fulfilling its social responsibility by means of questionnaire survey.The findings are as follows: the implementation of social responsibility,the imperfection of supervision and evaluation system,the dilution of charity and ethical responsibility,and the lack of innovation consciousness and ability.Combined with the actual situation of Changzhou city tobacco monopoly bureau,analyze the main cause of the problem is the inertia of state-owned enterprises has not yet been completely change,ignore the economic responsibility of the social responsibility,other than the public's perception of social responsibilities of tobacco industry is insufficient,the lack of effective supervision and management mechanism,tobacco enterprise society responsibility appraisal system is not sound.At the end of the paper in combination with the actual situation of Changzhou city tobacco monopoly bureau,from set up the interests of the nation and the consumer as the core values,to strengthen and make up for the charity,and resource environmental protection responsibility,perfect the supervision mechanism,increase transparency,establish an effective appraisal system and assessment index,and strengthen the guidance and supervision of the government put forward to perfect the performance evaluation of Changzhou tobacco monopoly bureau to fulfill its social responsibility countermeasures,hope this research can be performed for the tobacco monopoly bureau,Changzhou better social responsibility to provide the reference and reference.
