Research On Promoting Precise Poverty Alleviation By Inclusive Micro-insurance In China

Since the beginning of reform and opening up,China's economic and social development has been in good shape.On the whole,people's quality of life has been significantly improved.However,China's poverty problem still exists,and the number of rural poor is still large.In this context,China has explored a poverty alleviation concept that is in line with the characteristics of China's poor population-"precise poverty alleviation".Under the guidance of the concept of "precise poverty alleviation",China's insurance industry has earnestly explored and strives to find a precise poverty alleviation road suitable for its own development.It is found that inclusive micro-insurance is of great significance to China's precise poverty alleviation work,and has made China's precision poverty alleviation work a new stage.The article is divided into six parts.The first chapter is a case introduction,introducing the basic implementation of the “Poverty Alleviation” in Yanchi County,Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region.The second chapter is a case study,introducing the innovation situation and achievements of the implementation mechanism of “Poverty Alleviation and Protection” in Yanchi County,Ningxia and analyze the experience that this case can learn from China's inclusive micro-insurance in other areas to promote precision poverty alleviation projects.The third chapter is about the necessity and feasibility analysis of China's inclusive micro-insurance to promote precision poverty alleviation.This paper introduces the important role of China's inclusive micro-insurance in precision poverty alleviation.At the same time,it analyzes the feasibility of using micro-insurance to promote precision poverty alleviation from the perspectives of the characteristics of inclusive micro-insurance,the situation of China's poor population and market demand.The fourth chapter is about the current situation and existing problems of China's inclusive micro-insurance to promote precision poverty alleviation.First,we will introduce the status of China's inclusive micro-insurance to promote precision poverty alleviation in the classification of insurance,national policy support and achievements.Then,from the supply side,demand side and third party of inclusive micro-insurance,analyze the problems that arise in the promotion of precision povertyalleviation.The fifth chapter introduces the factors affecting China's inclusive micro-insurance promotion precision poverty alleviation,mainly from the perspective of the supply side,demand side and third party of inclusive micro-insurance.The content of the six chapters is the improvement measures for China's inclusive micro-insurance to promote accurate poverty alleviation.It points out that insurance companies and government departments should take measures to improve the effect of inclusive micro-insurance to promote precision poverty alleviation.
