Company G is the main body of operation of City B ground public transport.As a large state-owned enterprise of public transport passenger transport,the bus group has many enterprises and institutions.Bus stations are all over the city.The dispatching,distribution and operation management of bus stations are huge and complex.In order to ensure the communication between branches and bus stations and group headquarters,Company A has built a huge network dedicated line sy'stem to ensure the timely communication and management of bus stations.Although most of the station's data dedicated lines are in normal operation,some of them will fail,which has a great impact on the normal operation of bus dispatch,but also causes a certain economic and time cost loss.In order to ensure that Company A's dedicated line maintenance business can be identified and solved in a timely and effective manner,this paper launches a research on dedicated line maintenance risk management,which mainly refers to the management process of how to minimize the risk in an environment where there are risk projects.Firstly,this paper starts with the background analysis,determines the basic analysis framework,and summarizes the research literature of project risk management at home and abroad.Then,it identifies the risks of the maintenance business of the dedicated line,determines the index system of relevant risk factors,and quantifies the risks by combining the subjective and objective methods of analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method.Finally,it adopts the method of quantitative measurement.Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used to evaluate the risk indicators.Finally,feasible risk response strategies are put forward according to the results of the analysis.The significance of this study is to provide a practical and detailed risk management research system for Company A's dedicated line maintenance business,including risk factor analysis and index establishment,risk quantification and evaluation and risk response,which can effectively save costs and improve efficiency for the normal operation of Company A's dedicated line.
