Just as e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and Taobao revolutionized the global traditional B2C retail industry.traditional B2B industry is also undergoing a major upgrade worldwide under the guidance of new technologies such as the Internet.block chains and AI.In recent years,although China’s foreign trade exports have achieved certain growth,there are many challenges both inside and outside.How to rc-cmpower the manufacturing of exports to achieve greater results is a key issue to be solved at the macro level of the country.Cross-border B2B e-commerce enterprises arc the front end of export manufacturing industry chain.Compared with their counterparts in Europe and America,China’s cross-border B2B e-commerce enterprises are at a disadvantage in terms of supply chain,service level and product structure.At the same time,they are constantly affected by the cost of enterprises in other emerging economies and are facing many development problems and difficulties.YR Company is a cross-border B2B e-commerce company mainly focusing on consumables.accessories and tools in the oil and gas industry.For them,how to determine the correct development direction of enterprises in the market competition and continuously improve their survival and development ability has become an important issue worthy of in-depth study.Under this background,this paper takes YR International E-Commerce Company as the research object and studies its development strategy based on the theory of enterprise development strategy.The full text is divided into six chapters:the first chapter is the introduction,including the research background and significance.and the research methods are elaborated;the second chapter reviews the main points of view in the formation of the definition of enterprise strategy.at the same time,it briefly combs the evolution of traditional strategic management theory and strategic ecology theory,and also the theory of e-commerce.In the third chapter.the dynamic development of YR international e-commerce company’s macro-environment and industry environment is discussed.and the enterprise’s own situation is introduced.The factors influencing the enterprise’s strategic positioning are analyzed and evaluated with the tools of PETS,Five Forces Model and SWOT.In the fourth chapter,the development strategy of YR international e-commerce is worked out through SWOT matrix tool,combining with the enterprise’s vision.Strategic ecological thinking is integrated into the formulation of development strategy.In the fifth chapter,it discusses the safeguard measures that YR International E-commerce Company should adopt in the process of implementing the strategy.The sixth chapter is the summary of the research conclusions and the prospect of future research.This paper combines theory with practice.Through the analysis of the external environment and its own resources,we can determine the appropriate development strategy for YR International E-Commerce Company in order to promote its healthy development.At the same time.I hope that through the case of YR international e-commerce,more cross-border B2B e-commerce enterprises can take valuable reference information and ideas when formulating their own development strategy.Ultimately,it will help the development of the industry and promote the economic development of our country.
