Research On Intelligent Reform Of Coil Production Workshop Of F Company

Traditional manufacturing industry is facing an unprecedented crisis due to poor quality level and reliability of products,furthermore,the manufacturing industry is confronted with a difficult situation for being claimed to have the following problems:lower productivity,non-transparency in production process,material flow is not well.Intelligent manufacturing is the development direction of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading based on automation,information and artificial intelligence.In this paper,coil workshop is taken as the research object,through the field understanding of the current situation of coil workshop,the production process,logistics and personal structure of'the workshop are analyzed,and the following problems are found in coil workshop:mismatch of the production cycle time,opacity of production process,unstable production quality,poor flow o'f production materials and unreasonable production planning.After reading a lot of literatures,the framework of intellectualized transformation of coil production workshop in F company is obtained which includes hardware and control layer,data collection layer,execution layer and decision-making layer.Then the content of the whole framework is studied.Firstly,how to implement intelligent production in coil production workshop is studied which include the requirements of safety environment,function of production line and software system of production line are analyzed.The functional requirements of the production line include:the cycle time of line is less than 4 seconds;the production line adopts linear layout which makes it easier to achieve higher flexibility and better maintenance;the production line needs to have traceability requirements.Secondly,it analysis how the logistics meets the requirements of intelligent production from three aspects of logistics standardization,automation and digitalization,and analysis the function of manufacturing information system in coil production workshop,such as scheduling function,data collection and analysis function,performance management function of equipment etc.Finally,the paper analyses and studies how the manufacturing execution system connects with the company-'s enterprise management system and realizes the interconnection and interopera'bility of data.The whole research uses advanced technologies such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence to realize the intelligent transformation of coil production workshop.To ensure the smooth implementation of intellectualized transformation of coil production workshop of F company,there are three safety measurements which from management,material planner and operators.Management should provide support from financial,manpower,organization structure adjustment and enterprise strategy adjustment.Production planers need to have the ability to arrange production order reasonably and optimally from manual to MES software.Operators need to have relevant knowledges of mechatronics,IT knowledge and basic management skills.Only when the measurements in place can the intelligent transformation and upgrading of the coil production workshop of F company achieve the desired results.The research on the intelligent transformation of the coil production workshop has provide the new method how to improvement for F company,also clarified the development path of China's manufacturing transformation and upgrading,which has great strategic significance for the development of China's manufacturing industry.
