BQ's Design Research For The Transformation Of Intelligent Manufacturing

As one of the strategic and basic industry in the electric building field, transmission and distribution(T&D) manufacturing field is one of the top 10 to "China Manufacturing 2025". Cultivating the core competitive abilities on the independent innovative designing, digital, intelligent manufacturing and operation, management to T&D, moving forward the transformation and upgrade of the electric equipments producing industry is the only way to make China from a big manufacturing country to a strong manufacturing country. BQ company is specialized in the complete equipment design and production on the medium and low voltage, so this company's execution on the intelligent manufacturing is not only responding to the national strategy, but also a requirement to transform and upgrade itself, improving the multiple competiveness.This paper collects some relevant domestic and foreign literatures, studies some relevant domestic and foreign theories, compares the execution condition of the domestic and foreign intelligent manufacture. Based on the features of the complete equipments manufacture in medium and low voltage field, the paper studies the present condition, the existed problems and the reasons of BQ company, confirms the targets to realize the intelligent manufacture, figures out the following 4 schemes towards the intelligent manufacture---the intelligent R&D system, the intelligent manufacturing system, the intelligent energy management system, the intelligent manufacturing supporting environment, etc. Among them, the intelligent R&D system includes the coordinative R&D system,3D processing technology design and simulation, Lean Production Management production lines'designing and the suppositional production simulation system; the intelligent manufacturing system includes the digital intelligent flexible production lines, CPS system, the digital workshop manufacturing execution system, the quality big data analysis system and ERP system; the intelligent manufacturing supporting environment includes the infrastructure establishment of the intelligent campus networks and IT security system establishment. Finally this paper analyzes the risks to execute the intelligent manufacture by means of systematic theory method, and proposes the solutions to make the scheme successfully executed.By execution of the above schemes, I expect to make BQ company as a modern intelligent factory of high efficiency, low cost, big improvement to quality, in the same time I also expect to provide some references of the intelligent manufacture to the medium and low voltage equipments field through my thoughts on the intelligent manufacture.
