With the rapid development of social economy,the country's overall economic stre ngth has achieved great strides,which has promoted the development of the banking i ndustry.However,the vast majority of policy Banks,including bank A,are generally i n A backward state in staff career management,especially compared with developed c ountries in the world,China as A whole is still in the primary stage.The construction of employee career management system plays an extremely important role in realizing the strategic development goals and sustainable development of the enterprise.At the same time,it can also improve the sense of belonging and sense of achievement of e mployees,greatly reduce the proportion of employees leaving the company,and realize the win-win development of the enterprise and employees.AB in the process of developing the Banks,the author of this paper through anal yzing the staff career management system vulnerabilities,combined with the specific re quirements of the strategic human resources management theory,feedback to the bank's own actual human resources present situation,through the study concluded that applie s to the bank to build employee career management system:to build to the practice a nd management ability on the basis of the combination of suitable for different stages of career development is conducive to improve their own quality and enterprise talent hierarchical selection of institutional framework;Conduct a systematic and comprehensi ve job competency assessment for employees on a regular basis,improve the job mana gement system,so as to grasp the dynamic changes of employees' work ability in real time,and construct a selective training framework for key talents cultivation and deve lopment incentive policies based on the assessment results.Through the implementation of the above two schemes,an employee career management system with scientific ev aluation,selective cultivation,real-time dynamic control and long-term motivation will be finally constructed.After rigorous analysis,this paper determines that the above mentioned employee career management system design scheme is applicable to AB bank,which lays a soli d foundation for AB bank to complete the transformation of human resource managem ent system while achieving corporate strategic goals.
