A Study On The Empowerment Of Xinjiang Ethnic Minority Rural Tourism Community

In recent years,China's tourism industry has developed rapidly and has made great contributions to national economic development.With the rich characteristics of tourism resources of ethnic minority communities through the development of tourism,creating a large number of employment opportunities,so that the regional economy has developed by leaps and bounds.However,some scholars have shown that the development of regional economy has not really benefited the people of the region from the tourism industry.In the process of tourism development,the rights of the community residents are weakened and can not enjoy the real benefits of community tourism development.Therefore,the concept of community empowerment can be proposed,and introduced from abroad,in China's tourism community empowerment research has been gradually carried out.In this paper,we summarize and analyze the literatures of the tourism community in recent ten years,and summarize the research hotspots,research fields and research methods.The investigation and analysis of the tourism situation of the two communities in the Taxi River and Luoburen Village are carried out,And then the division of the two communities involved in the tourism division,the Taxi River Township in an organized stage of participation,Luoburen people in the village in the stage of public participation;based on the community of four-dimensional framework: economic empowerment,political power,Mental empowerment,social empowerment,and combined with questionnaire and in-depth interviews to analyze the status of empowerment of two ethnic minority communities.On the basis of this,the author puts forward the results of the evaluation of the rights of the two tourist communities in the Taxihe River Township and the Luoburen Village by the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).The results are as follows: Rural community is better than the Luoburen village community;secondly from the economic and political empowerment two aspects,the Luoburen people village community is better than the Taxihe River Township community,from the psychological and social empowerment two aspects,the Taxihe River Township The community is superior to the Luoburen village community.Finally,from the three aspects of economy,politics and education,the author puts forward the countermeasures to increase the income distribution of the local tourism economy.The training of residents' awareness of knowledge,the relevant tourism organizations and the media through the local community tourism Development of the attention and publicity,through the pressure of public opinion and coordination to help the community to achieve political power;the minority community residents for knowledge and skills training,the two community residents for language training and national traditional cultural values,protection of education.
