Problems And Countermeasures In The Practice Of Precision Poverty Alleviation In Lanxi County, Heilongjiang Province

The emergence of poverty is as old as the birth of human society.It is related to the well-being of millions of people.Alleviating and eliminating poverty and ultimately realizing the common prosperity of the whole nation are the essential requirements of socialism and the duty-bound responsibilities of the Communist Party of China and the people's government.Since the founding of New China,successive governments have taken poverty eradication and improvement of people's livelihood as the basic starting point for formulating policies.They have successively gone through several stages: relief-oriented poverty alleviation in the planned economy period,exploratory poverty alleviation in the early stage of reform and opening-up,large-scale development-oriented poverty alleviation,key poverty alleviation and comprehensive poverty alleviation.China has made remarkable achievements in poverty alleviation and governance,but in poverty alleviation practice There are some problems,such as poor projects,unscientific investment of poverty alleviation funds,and insufficient motive force for poor households to get rid of poverty.In the new era,in order to better eradicate poverty,improve people's living standards and lead the Chinese people to a well-off society,the Party and the government put forward the concept of "precise poverty alleviation" and put it at an important height of governance.In this context,Lanxi County has seized the opportunity of centralized poverty alleviation and development at the southern foot of the Great Hingan Mountains,vigorously implemented the "Red Gene" project,and invested a lot of manpower and material resources to help the poor out of poverty.This paper takes Lanxi County,a key poverty-stricken county at the national level,as the research object and takes literature analysis and field investigation as the basic research methods.Through understanding the current situation of rural poverty and the practice of precise poverty alleviation in Lanxi County,this paper analyses the existing problems,causes and solutions of the problems in poverty alleviation in Lanxi County at the present stage,with a view to providing pertinent countermeasures for precise poverty alleviation in rural areas in China.
