Work-family enrichemnt,as a positive aspects of work-family research field,has the essence of two-way mutual benefit and is of significance to organizational development and individual balance the relationships of work and family.Due to the late start of work-family enrichment,so researcher and society are still paying less attention to it,in addition,the previous researches on work-family enrichment are mostly discussing the impact of work-to-family enrichment on the overall emloyees of the organizations,but it is not clear what impact family-to-work enrichment on the job performance of female knowledge workers.However,influenced by particularity of female knowledge workers and the traditional concepts such as “male outside,female inside”,female knowledge workers should not only maintain their competitive advantages in the workplace to ensure that they are not replaced,but also make every effort to maintain a good and orderly family relationship,therefore,compared with male employees,they have a stronger demand for harmonious and balanced work and family relations.Thus,it is necessary and important for the organization and female knowledge workers to clarify the mechanism of work-family enrichment and the job performance.In view of the above analysis,Starting with the positive aspects of the work-family interface,female knowledge workers as research objects,family satisfaction as the mediator variable,family supportive supervisor behavior as a moderator variable,based on a moderated mediation model to analyze the effect of two directions of work-family enrichment: work-to-family enrichment and family-to-work enrichment on on job performance of female knowledge workers.First of all,by combing the relevant literature on work-family enrichment,family satisfaction,family supportive supervisor behavior,and job performance,combining with the research results of scholars in recent years,putting forward research hypothesis and constructing research theory model;Secondly,prepared the initial questionnaire of this study with reference to existing mature scales at home and abroad,determined the final questionnaire based on the results of the small sample pretest,to collect sample data through the two forms of paper questionnaire and electronic questionnaire;Finally,using SPSS22.0 ?AMOS21.0 ? MPLUS7.4 statistical analysis software,to conducte relevant analysis on 590 valid questionnaires finally collected,and to test thre main effect of work-family enrichemnt on the job performance of female knowledge workers,the mediating effects of family satisfaction test and the moderated mediating effect of family suppotive supervisor behavior test;At the same time,based on the results of empirical research,to summarize the research conclusions of this study,and to provide countermeasures and suggestions for the organization and female knowledge workers to effectively achieve the mutual benefit and effiency increase between work and family,to improve job performance,to win common development.The main findings are as follows:(1)work-to-family enrichment and its dimensions(work family development,work family affect,work family capital),family-to-work enrichment and its dimensions(family work development,family work affect,family work effiency)all have a significant positive effect on job performance of female knowledge workers.And compared with the family-to-work enrichment,the impact of work-to-family enrichment on job performance is more significant.(2)Family satisfaction play a partial mediating role in the relationship between work-to-family and its dimensions and family-to-work and its dimensions and job performance.(3)Family supportive supervisor behavior plays a positive moderates role between work-to-family enrichment and job performance of female knowledge workers,and family supportive supervisor behavior also plays a positive moderates role work-to-family enrichment and family satisfaction,moreover,family supportive supervisor behavior is positively moderating family satisfaction play a mediator role between work-to-family enrichment and job performance of female knowledge workers.(4)Family supportive supervisor behavior plays a positive moderates role between family-to-work enrichment and job performance of female knowledge workers,but family supportive supervisor behavior not play a moderates role between family-to-work enrichment and family satisfaction,not play a moderates on family satisfaction between family-to-work enrichment and job performance of female knowledge workers.
