Study On The Selection Of Advantageous Industries In Minority Areas In Gansu Province

In the process of China's economic development entering the new normal and coping with the problems and opportunities faced by international and domestic economic development,China has put forward the "One Belt And One Road" development strategy and supply-side structural reform strategy.On the one hand,the province should improve the quality of supply,promote structural adjustment by means of reform,expand effective supply,improve the adaptability and flexibility of supply structure to changes in demand,improve total factor productivity,better meet the needs of the masses,and promote sustained and healthy economic and social development.The minority areas in Gansu province are located in the relatively fragile ecological environment,the economic development lags behind in the whole country,the industrial structure is single,and the competitiveness is weak.All the way in the "area" development strategy is put forward under the background,as the economic development of underdeveloped regions,need to seize the strategic opportunity,combined with their own economic characteristics and advantages,adjust the economic structure,cultivating competitive advantage industries in national regions,to the efficient development of advantage industry lead to the development of relevant industries and surrounding areas,people life level of ascension in national areas of Gansu province,this paper analyzes the overall development situation of the minority areas of Gansu province and the existing problems in the industrial development,and clarifies the necessity of the research on the superior industries in the minority areas of Gansu province.Through the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,the dominant industries in Gansu ethnic areas are calculated and selected.In the qualitative analysis part,the comparative advantages of Gansu ethnic regions are summarized,and the natural ecological conditions,tourism resources and ethnic culture of Gannan have comparative advantages.Linxia's geographical location,population and tourism resources are its advantages.The comparative advantages of the five autonomous counties are mainly concentrated in the diversity of ethnic cultures,the abundance of natural resources and the potential of tourism resources.In the quantitative analysis part,this paper USES the location quotient theory to calculate the main industries of "two states and five counties" in the minority areas of Gansu province,and conducts multiple regression analysis on the significant dominant industries and regional GDP growth,proving the significant role of the dominant industries in regional economic development.According to the calculation results,the dominant industries in the minority areas of Gansu province are mainly concentrated in animal husbandry,characteristic agriculture,resource-based industry,tourism industry and other related industries.According to the results of preliminary estimation of location quotient,and the problems of industrial development in national regions,facing the opportunity and under the condition of industrial convergence development mechanism,using the combination of high and new technology,an extension of the fusion between industry,industrial restructuring between fusion and fusion between regional development four methods,the comparative advantage of industry in national region development research.The research shows that the industrial development of Gansu ethnic minority areas should conform to the national strategy.In the process of making clear the priority development of the advantageous industries in this region,we should not only pay attention to the supply-side structural reform,but also increase the cooperation and exchanges with other regions on industrial and economic projects.In the selection of competitive industries,we should accelerate the development of tourism and modern service industry in the tertiary industry,continue to develop traditional competitive industries,and efficiently develop resource-based industries.In the development of competitive industries,we should give full play to the driving effect of competitive industries,strengthen the integration of high and new technologies into industries,promote integrated development between industries,and increase industrial cooperation between regions.We should make use of the advantages of ethnic regions to seek more economic projects,and attach importance to protecting the ecological environment in industrial development to achieve sustainable development.
