The rapid development of the Internet era will bring enterprises to into hyperspace the competitive environment,in this scenario,the emergence and disappearance of enterprise competitive advantage has gradually become a short concept of time.The concept of dynamic capability reveals the source of the sustainable competitive advantage of enterprises in the dynamic environment,which is of great significance for enterprises to perceive environmental changes,integrate internal and external resources and innovate in time to build sustainable competitive advantage.At the same time,as the performance carrier of enterprise dynamic capabilities,a series of new phenomena presented by organizational structure in the Internet era are worthy of attention.The existing research on dynamic capability construction is mainly based on resource,behavior and cognitive perspective,which is not enough attention to the new phenomenon of organizational structure in the Internet era,and there are few empirical studies on the dynamic capabilities of organizational structure impact.in view of this,based on the existing theoretical basis,this paper makes an in-depth study on the impact of the organizational structure of the Internet era on the dynamic capabilities of enterprises through the combination of literature research and empirical testing.First of all,this paper combs the influence of the Internet era on the organizational structure through literature research,and on this basis,defines the concept of organizational structure and dynamic capabilities and divides the dimension.Among them,the organizational structure is composed of two dimensions of flattening and decentralization,and the dynamic capabilities is composed of three dimensions of perceptual ability,integration ability and innovation ability.Secondly,it constructs the research model,and draws on the existing mature measurement scale at home and abroad combined with the characteristics of the Internet era to design and revise the questionnaire.Then,this paper uses the data statistics software to carry on the small sample detection to the questionnaire again,carries on the empirical analysis to the 328 effective Data sample after determining the scale letter validity,validates the 6 A study hypothesis.The results show that the dimensions of organizational structure in the Internet era have significant positive effects on each dimension of enterprise dynamic capabilities,and the flattening and decentralization of organizational structure is helpful to the construction of enterprise dynamic capabilities.Finally,based on the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the Enlightenment,limitation and future research prospect of management.From the perspective of organizational structure,this paper discusses the influence of organizational structure on the dynamic capabilities of enterprises under the Internet environment by using the method of literature research and empirical research,reveals how the organizational structure of the Internet era is organic,and thus obtains and enhances the dynamic capabilities of enterprises,and theoretically enriches and expands the research field of dynamic capability.The conclusion of this paper can provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to enhance their dynamic capabilities through the transformation of organizational structure in the Internet era,in order to obtain sustainable competitiveness in the super-competitive environment.
