Research On The Development Of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives In Tian Zhen County

Since the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has insisted on solving the "three rural" problems as the primary task of our Party.The existence of farmers' professional cooperatives is an indispensable organizational basis for the development of modern high-tech agriculture,the construction of a new socialist countryside,the revitalization of the countryside and the continuous enrichment of the main agricultural operators.Agriculture is the main industry in TianZhen County,Shanxi Province.The characteristics of a single agricultural economy are very obvious.Through the investigation and analysis of the operation,property right system,governance structure,decision-making mechanism and interest mechanism of farmers' professional cooperatives in TianZhen County,this paper finds the problems in the development of farmers' professional cooperatives in TianZhen County.Some suggestions are put forward for its healthy and sustainable development.After investigating and studying the farmers' professional cooperatives in TianZhen County,this paper finds some problems from the angles of government,cooperatives and members,such as formalism in the establishment of farmers' professional cooperatives,imperfect government policy support,small scale of most cooperatives,lack of professional technology,managers and members' low enthusiasm to participate,combined with TianZhen County itself.The following suggestions are put forward for the development and operation of cooperatives,such as strengthening the management and supervision of cooperatives,improving the government's policy support,expanding the scale of operation and production,strengthening the construction of professional personnel,strengthening government propaganda,and improving the enthusiasm of farmers.Finally,by learning from the development model of agricultural cooperatives in developed countries of the United States and Japan,we can learn from the successful experience of their development.
