Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Rural Tourism Industry In Chongqing

In the process of rural economic development,rural tourism is popular among urban residents,and become a new tourism mode.In recent years,with the coming of "leisure era",rural tourism presenting the vigorous development,including it's emerging industry dynamic,huge impetus function.In terms of the effects of optimization of the rural economy structure,the structural reforms to boost rural supply side,the revitalization of the rural economy,the precise poverty alleviation are constantly emerging,especially the characteristic of the low threshold of employment,offering employment opportunities to the poor people of the sick and the weak.With the deepening of practice,the development and construction of Chongqing's rural tourism is facing more acute and refined problems.The lack of industrialization of rural tourism can't meet the needs of the personalized and diversified tourists.Given this,basing on the industrial chain theory and the reality of Chongqing,this paper studies the development status quo,existing problems and causes of rural tourism industry in Chongqing,to put forward solutions and countermeasures,so as to have a theoretical and practical impact on the development of rural tourism industry in Chongqing.This paper firstly analyzes the research background and relevant literature,and discusses the concept,characteristics and industrial chain theory of rural tourism industry,which lays the theoretical foundation and research direction of this paper.Secondly,by means of data collection,data analysis and practical in vestigation,combining with theories,the paper summarizes the overall situation,conditions and types of development of rural tourism industry in Chongqing.This paper analyzes the problems that existed in the development of rural tourism industry in Chongqing through case analysis,and probes into the root causes of the problems based on the theory of industrial chain.Finally,on the basis of the analysis of the problems and causes,the solutions are explored,and the targeted countermeasures for the development of rural tourism industry in Chongqing are put forward: strengthen government organizations and leadership,and establish supporting management mechanism;strengthen coordination services to form a strong synergy for the development of rural tourism;to innovate development model and cultivate diversified management;strengthen support and implement preferential policies;implement poverty alleviation through tourism and improve the mechanism for poor people to participate.
