Study On The Effect Of Agricultural Subsidy To Farmers' Farmland Transfer Behavior

In the new situation,more and more attention to the "three rural issues".In order to promote the farmers to increase production,the protection of national food security,the state issued to grain subsidies,seed subsidies,agricultural subsidies and agricultural subsidies as the core of a series of agricultural subsidy policy,and gradually broaden the category of subsidies,subsidies in order to strengthen.Reasonable allocation and scale management to realize the land resources,the country gradually liberalize the market circulation of agricultural land,the principle of voluntary payment,to encourage and guide fanners to transfer various forms of land,the development of an appropriate scale.Although the implementation of agricultural subsidy policy and land transfer,the implementation of the background is different,but both in the process of solving the "three rural" the problem has played an important role.Therefore,the exploration of agricultural subsidies the impact on Fanners' transfer behavior,based on better paste from the perspective of compensation,and There is an important theoretical and practical significance to guide the rational transfer behavior of farmers.In this background,this paper selects seven villages and towns of Qitai County as the study area,first of all,through the normative analysis,studies the mechanism of agricultural subsidies to farmers to transfer behavior;secondly,descriptive analysis of the seven towns in Qitai county the implementation of the policy of agricultural subsidies and agricultural land transfer situation,summed up the Xinjiang Qitai County agricultural subsidies and characteristics of farmland circulation characteristics;finally,based on Xinjiang Qitai County 362 households survey data on the structural equation model(SEM),using SPSS 21 and AMOS 17 software was used for analysis of the model,and carries on the empirical analysis.The final conclusion.The conclusion of the study showed that the policy characteristics of subsidies,characteristics of subsidies,subsidies have positive effect on the economic characteristics of agricultural subsidies,the standardized path coefficients were 0.815,0.835,0.625 respectively.The effects of agricultural subsidies;positively affects the behavior of farmland transfer,the path coefficient is 0.407.which influence subsidies,food subsidies affect the degree of satisfaction with the comprehensive agricultural subsidies income on land transfer behavior greatly.Through continuous improvement of agricultural subsidies to further strengthen the incentive function of rural land circulation behavior.Finally,the normative analysis and empirical analysis results with the actual situation of Qitai County farmers combined,and puts forward relevant suggestions.
