| In recent years,the stock market of China's real estate industry has risen,and the development of the real estate market is also related to the national economy and the people's livelihood.Meanwhile,in 2018,the real estate industry will continue to cool down in 2017 The scale and quantity of the real estate enterprises gradually increase,the advantage of leading enterprise,competitive advantage will remain.The industry concentration will be further improved and market differentiation will be intensified.Therefore,if many companies want to maintain the leading position competition in the fierce market competition,establish a scientific and reasonable performance evaluation management of high quality real estate company is guarantees to realize scientific and sustainable healthy development.This paper selected company A for study,there are several reasons for this,such as the evaluation index system is unreasonable and the financial index is weighted to measure the performance,oout of combination with corporate strategic goals.The evaluation results are based on subjective judgment and lack of objectivity,employees' understanding of performance evaluation is biased and their participation is not strong and so onThe Balanced Scorecard which is more advanced management accounting's theory of the balanced scorecard to improve the above issues,taking consideration of Company A's performance evaluation and strategic objectives,the company performance evaluation system is designed in four aspects.This paper also used Delphi and AHP to design Company A's performance evaluation index and weight,and analyze the performance evaluation and evaluation results.In all,we hope to promote Company A' current situation of enterprise performance evaluation,so that to help it achieve the strategic goals and sustainable development planning.Meanwhile,it is expected to give theoretical reference and practical action to help guide other similar enterprises in the real estate industry. |
