Under the background of China's rapid economic development,agricultural production,as an important aspect of China's economic structure,plays an important role in its modernization.The cultivation of new professional farmers is an important way and inevitable requirement for agricultural modernization,agricultural supply side structure reform and new rural construction.As more and more male farmers choose to work in cities,the proportion of female farmers in the agricultural production population is constantly increasing,playing an increasingly important role.However,under such circumstances,the work related to the new professional cultivation of female farmers has not received due attention.On the contrary,due to various factors,there are many problems in the training of new female professional farmers,which seriously affects The cultivation of new female professional peasants in China has hindered the development of China's agricultural modernization.Therefore,from the perspective of gender and human capital,this paper studies the current situation of the cultivation of new female professional farmers in China,and takes Changzhou County of Huzhou as an example to conduct field investigations to analyze the problems and influencing factors of local new female professional farmers.And then put forward corresponding countermeasures.After investigation,it was found that there are problems in the cultivation of new female professional farmers in Changxing County,such as the low cultural quality of female farmers,the neglect of female farmers in training work,and the unsuitable content of training for female farmers.After analyzing these problems,it is found that the lack of gender awareness in policy formulation,the neglect of gender differences in the training process,and the marginalization of women by beneficiary groups are the main influencing factors of many of the above problems.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions for the training of new female professional farmers,including policy formulation to consider gender differences,give full play to the role of female farmers;optimize the new professional farmers training system,build a gender-sensitive training model;pay attention to rural women's development and enhance women's status Wait.It is hoped that the research in this paper can attract the attention of the government and society to the female peasant group,promote the development of new female professional peasants,and effectively improve the overall quality of female peasants in China,and then promote China's agricultural modernization and new rural construction.
