The Research On The Development Path Of Farmers' Professionalism In The Process Of Agricultural Modernization

With the expansion of Chinese cities,more and more high-quality human'resources from rural areas are attracted to cities,which makes the rural society that is short of talents is even more depressed and declining.In this situation of talent's flow,in the long run,it will inevitably lead to the loss of agricultural workers,and even lead to the risk of the gap in talents in agricultural.In this context,how to fully guide the social talents flow to agriculture,participate in the work of farmers,input of knowledge talent "nutrient solution" to the rural;and how to realize the stable development of farmers,improve the sense of professional honor of farmers,these issues are crucial to promote the sustainable development of agricultural talents in China.The specialized division of labor promotes the human resources with professional skills and qualities to play the best advantageous role in order to produce greater economic benefits of human capital.Especially at present,Chinese agriculture is gradually evolving from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,entering a new stage of agricultural modernization,and the requirements for fdevelopment armers are obviously improved.Based on this,this article focus on farmers' professional development as the research main body,farmers' professional aims at promoting farmers from the traditional orientation of 'identity' to 'professional'modern transformation,farmers become a choice for people to apply for a job,so as to develop a new generation of professional farmers who have professional quality,technical skills,broad knowledge,and are proficient in business.Based on the tools of Human Capital Theory,this paper focuses on the current situation of China's rural human capital,and carries out research from the perspective of promoting the development of farmers' professionalism.Through literature research,observation research method,the methods of qualitative analysis,this paper systematically elaborates the current farmer's comprehensive overview,and upgrades from'identity peasants'to the'professional farmers',from'human resources'to'human capital'as the main body.At the same time,according to relevant data and interview content,the plight of farmers' professionalism was analyzed according to human capital factors.And then,it explores the innovation path suitable for the development of farmers' professionalism in the process of China's agricultural modernization,which is,to increase the input of rural human capital and promote the promotion from resources to capital,and to absorb and introduce external manpower capital,infuse new force to rural manpower capital.
