Study On Characteristic Agricultural Development In Pinglu County Under The Background Of Precise Poverty Alleviation

Precision poverty alleviation is an important strategic deployment of the Party and the state in the new era.It is scheduled to win the battle against poverty by 2020,and it is critical to attach importance to industry poverty alleviation.Developing characteristic agriculture industry does not only serve as an effective measure to shake off poverty in poverty-stricken areas,but also an important grasp to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and help farmers to become well-off.It also serves as the main measure to solve the “agriculture,countryside and farmer” issues.Developing characteristic agriculture plays an important role in promoting rural economic development and achieving the goal of building a well-off society in an all-round way for the first century.This paper takes Pinglu County as the research object whose poverty alleviation and development is focused after the introduction to the research background,purpose,significance,relevant research results,illustration of relevant concepts and theories and through field visits,surveys and data reference with a view to casting a deep analysis of the necessity and development status of characteristic agriculture in Pinglu County.SWOT analysis method was adopted for a detailed analysis of the internal factors such as the strengths and disadvantages of developing characteristic agriculture and other external factors such as opportunities and threats and so on.In light of factors that restrict the development of characteristic agriculture in Pinglu County,such as poor natural conditions,weak infrastructure and low overall quality of human resources,specific countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing investment,improving agricultural production conditions,optimizing the layout of agricultural development,enhancing the level of agricultural science and technology and the comprehensive quality of farmers were proposed.This is aimed at boosting the development of characteristic agriculture in Pinglu County and laying a solid industrial foundation for the overall victory of "fighting against poverty".
