With the increasing number and fierce competition of financial leasing enterprises in China,human resources are becoming the key to the success,and performance appraisal is also playing an irreplaceable role as an important component of human resources.For the daily business activities of the financial leasing industry,performance appraisal is the main benchmark for its operation and management.According to the results of the performance appraisal,we can readjust the resources,realize the most effective allocation,and carry out internal incentives.Performance appraisal is the core content of financial leasing enterprises'development reform and business transformation as an important management means and plays an important role in the operation and management.The research uses literature analysis,case study method,and through obtaining primary data,to analyze the current situation of performance appraisal in HH Financial Leas:ing Company.Combining the relevant theory of performance appraisal,this paper evaluates the performance appraisal system of HH Financial Leasing Company,puts forward the improvement measures and guarantee conditions for the implementation against the problems.The study concluded that there are some problems in the performance appraisal of HH Financial Leasing Company,such as unreasonable design of indicators,distortion of assessment standards,mere formality of assessment results and lack of feedback mechanism.It is necessary to formulate performance appraisal plans,design performance appraisal indicators,improve performance evaluation and results feedback,and enhance staff participation,strengthen the comprehensive design of indicators,open evaluation information,pay attention to the communication of evaluation results.In the implementation of performance appraisal conditions,we should adhere to the principles of comprehensiveness,fairness,development,and improve the relevant system provisions,establish an effective organization,form an atmosphere of full participation.
