DE financial leasing company is engaged in the financing lease business which is approved by the foreign trade and economic cooperation bureau of foreign financial leasing companies.The financing lease is a kind of industry which requires the high level of comprehensive ability involving of financial,legal,financial,taxation,trade and investment areas the professional knowledge,and also including the knowledge of machinery and equipment structure,production process,so it needs high skills for managers and employees of financial leasing industry.Due to the particularity of financial leasing industry requirement for talents,financial leasing companies should pay more attention to talent.How to manage enterprises talent also become a key point for the company.Financial leasing companies should not simply improve the business skills and management level,but also with the help of advanced strategic performance management system and tools to improve competitiveness.In the activities of the enterprise human resources management,performance appraisal as an important means of human resource management,has played a huge role in the part of talent introduction,promotion,incentives.At present,DE financing lease company is in the rising peried,but like most of the financing lease company it also faces with the lack of talent and the phenomenon of brain drain.The part of the reason is the company's performance management foundation is weak which can not meet the needs of the company and personal development and has become the bottleneck to the further development of the company.Therefore,how to develop the performance appraisal system and how to motivate employees,improve enterprise efficiency,making enterprise to fit for the development of the business environment,is now the urgent problem for the company.This paper is divided into five parts to study the performance appraisal of finance leasing companies.The first part of the thesis mainly introduces the background,ideas and methods of research.The second part of this paper introduces the theoretical knowledge of performance appraisal and provides a solid theoretical basis for the research of this paper.The third part of thesis introduces the status quo of Destaff performance appraisal and analsize its problems by the years of working experiences in the PE.The forth part is to desigh the purpose principle and evaluation index of the PE is performance appraisal,and put forward the performance appraisal solving scheme,by KPI as the result-orientation and ability evaluation as the behavior-orientation.In the fifth part,it put forward specific safeguard measures on how to implement the plan and finally reach the conclusion.This study hopes to provide a reference for the establishment of other financing leasing companies which in the same rapid growth level.
