Study On The Problems Of The Construction Of Beautiful Villages In Wugui Mountain,Zhongshan City

Zhongshan City actively responded to the central government's call for the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and focused on building beautiful villages.Wugui Mountain is the only ecological nature reserve in Zhongshan City.It is a key tourism development zone in Guangdong Province and the “city green lung”of Zhongshan City.It plays a pivotal role in the construction of beautiful villages in Zhongshan.The construction of beautiful villages in Wugui Mountain has political significance,economic significance,social significance and ecological significance,which is conducive to promoting the implementation of ecological civilization construction and rural revitalization strategy.Guided by the theory of sustainable development and the theory of public participation,this paper uses the field research method and phenomenon analysis method to study the construction of beautiful villages in Wugui Mountain.The specific research contents include: firstly,collecting relevant literatures on the construction of beautiful villages,explaining the concepts of villages,beautiful villages and beautiful villages,studying the theory of sustainable development,the theory of public participation,and the requirements of rural development in the new era.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the construction of beautiful villages in Wugui Mountain,and the objective problems include the improvement of village appearance,the construction of cultural services,and the lack of grassroots management.At the same time,they analyze the causes of problems from the government level,social level and village level.Finally,aiming at the problems and causes of the construction of beautiful villages in Wugui Mountain,the countermeasures and suggestions are put forward,and the main conclusions are summarized.Through analysis,the paper draws the following main conclusions:(1)The construction of beautiful villages in Wuguishan has achieved good results: beautifying the original villages,optimizing the industrial institutions to drive the increase in regional GDP,and implementing the people's livelihood to improve the public safety,social security,public education,food safety,government services,etc.Satisfaction,at the same time,make social employment development more secure andactively promote the implementation of rural revitalization strategy.(2)There are also some problems in the construction of beautiful villages in Wuguishan: the improvement of the sanitation environment needs to be improved,the rural public cultural service system needs to be promoted,the infrastructure facilities are insufficient,the development process of rural emerging industries needs to be accelerated,and the grassroots organizations have the problem of lack of management.The role of the peasants' main status has obviously lag behind.(3)The existing problems in the construction of beautiful villages in Wuguishan include project investment(insufficient funds,lack of talents),government level(lower efficiency,one-sided public decision-making,dislocation of administrative functions),and social level(non-governmental organizations,rural communities are difficult)Play a role),village level(difficult to participate in public decision-making,weak environmental awareness).(4)There are public attributes in the construction of beautiful villages in Wugui Mountain,and more are the responsibility of the government and society.The villagers also have their own responsibilities as direct beneficiaries of the project.This paper proposes countermeasures at the government level,social level and village level for existing problems.
