The loss of abundant productive resources and a large number of labor force advantages has forced China's manufacturing industry to face the transformation of development model.If traditional manufacturing enterprises want to survive and develop in the new competitive environment,they must seek new profit points.From the point of view of world industrialization,the development of logistics industry and manufacturing industry go hand in hand.Especially after the application of lean thinking in the field of logistics,lean logistics is highly praised in the context of small batch and multi-variety market demand.As an effective way to reduce production costs and improve operational efficiency,lean logistics is being used by more and more enterprises.The case of this study is Y Company of Zhuzhou City,which is a manufacturer engaged in the production of radiators,reactors,transformers,power devices and other products.Based on the on-the-spot investigation of Y company,through in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the company's logistics system,under the guidance of lean logistics theory and methods,targeted solutions to various problems exist,in order to help Y company to improve the level of logistics management.Firstly,this paper expounds the specific research background,purpose and significance,combs the domestic and foreign research results on lean logistics,and explains the research framework and research methods adopted by the research.Secondly,through the on-the-spot investigation and analysis of the company,this paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of lean logistics,and finds that there are still some areas to be improved in the aspects of raw material procurement,supplier management,cost management,logistics distribution,warehousing management and customer management.Thirdly,under the guidance of the relevant theories and methods of lean logistics,and under the framework of relevant objectives and principles,the policy design is optimized from the aspects of customer management,supplier management,warehousing,distribution and so on.In order to ensure the smooth progress of thecompany's lean logistics improvement program,it also provides specific implementation of security policy recommendations.The last part is a systematic summary of this research,pointing out the shortcomings and future research directions.The optimization of the lean logistics system is a very complicated system engineering.How to make the lean thinking deeply into the company's logistics system is a problem that manufacturing enterprises must think deeply.Through the study of Y company,this study aims to help Y company improve the logistics system construction,but also for other enterprises to implement lean logistics to provide the corresponding guidance.
