Under the new situation of economic transformation and development,the development of intermediary business is particularly important for commercial banks.At present,the JN branch of Weihai Commercial Bank has developed rapidly,but the development momentum is declining.The contribution of traditional superior projects to the income of intermediary business is low,and the competitiveness of advantageous projects is weak.The head of the city commercial bank proposed a ten-year plan to increase the proportion of credit spreads and non-credit spreads to5:5.In this context,the JN branch of Weihai Commercial Bank should actively expand the development of intermediary business,innovate business varieties,improve market competitiveness,and ensure that competitive advantage is not weakened.This study comprehensively analyzes the development status of the intermediary business of JN Branch of Weihai Commercial Bank by using literature research method,it is found that the problem of the intermediate business of JN Branch of Weihai Commercial Bank mainly lies in the scale of the intermediate business.Small,the middle business variety lacks characteristics,the intermediate business products have low income-generating ability,and the intermediate business marketing services are not standardized.The root of the above problems lies in the fact that the intermediate business structure is not reasonable;the type is not new enough,the low net worth customers occupy too much operating resources,and lack professional marketing skills.In view of this article,this paper proposes to refer to the JN city purchasing power mining demand,refer to the JN city life characteristics to explore the market demand,strengthen the JN branch staff to expand the intermediary business initiative,strengthen customer management,actively treat cooperation and cooperation between banks,establish non-banking The specific strategies for financial institutions to expand the cooperative partnership of intermediary business,control the operation cost of intermediary business,increase the income of intermediary business,standardize the operation process,standardizeThe sales process,and solidify the traditional marketing process of Weihai City Commercial Bank.Finally,from the four aspects of organization,personnel,service and risk control,the proposal for the implementation of the development strategy of the intermediary business of JN Branch of Weihai Commercial Bank was put forward.Through the case analysis of the JN branch of Weihai Commercial Bank,the theoretical system related to the intermediary business operation of commercial banks can be further enriched,which will lay a certain theoretical foundation for relevant research in the future.A set of development strategies for the intermediary business which can provide some reference for the product design,strategic planning and customer positioning of the bank's intermediary business.This research proposes that the development of the intermediary business should actively adapt to the non-inter-bank cooperation under the mixed mode,and propose that in the process of cooperation with other commercial banks,it should learn to learn from each other's strengths,and should have a long-term and broad-minded approach.The JN branch of Weihai Commercial Bank should continue to expand cooperation with securities companies and insurance companies in combination with its own advantages,and jointly develop high-quality products to increase the Bank's intermediate business varieties and increase the Bank's revenue sources.
