At present,the competition in the global market is increasingly fierce,and enterprises rely on their own resources to meet the needs of rapid development.More and more enterprises are aware of the importance of innovation cooperation.Innovation cooperation has gradually become an important strategy for enterprise development.It involves internal resources and external resources.Therefore,the most critical issue in business cooperation is how to choose the right innovation partner.In this context,this paper comprehensively uses resource dependence theory(RDT),resource basic view(RBV)and organizational learning theory(OLT),focuses on the research on how resource heterogeneity affects innovation performance,and gradually studies the concept connotation and dimension of resource heterogeneity.The three issues of "division","influence mechanism of resource heterogeneity on innovation performance" and "moderating role of enterprise knowledge reshaping between resource heterogeneity and innovation performance".Based on the existing research literature,the paper analyzes the impact mechanism of innovation partner resource heterogeneity on innovation performance,and gradually tests the theoretical hypothesis model through exploratory case studies,questionnaires and quantitative statistical analysis.This paper divides the resource heterogeneity into two dimensions:organizational resource heterogeneity and network resource heterogeneity,and deeply discusses the impact of organizational resource heterogeneity and network resource heterogeneity on innovation performance.We can find that:(1)the resource heterogeneity has a significant positive impact on innovation performance,whether it is organizational resource heterogeneity or network resource heterogeneity;(2)knowledge deepening reconfiguration positively moderating organizational resource heterogeneity and network impact on innovation performance;(3)knowledge extension reconfiguration plays a positive role in the impact of organizational resource heterogeneity on innovation performance.The moderating role in the effect is not significant in the network resources heterogeneity.The main significance of this research is to explore the impact of organizational resource heterogeneity and network resource heterogeneity on innovation performance from the internal and external dimensions of the resource heterogeneity,and expand the direction of resource heterogeneity.At the same time,at the level of knowledge reconfiguration,the role of knowledge reconfiguration in the process of resource heterogeneity affecting innovation performance is analyzed,which further enriches the theoretical perspective of the research on the resource heterogeneity.The final research conclusions and practical enlightenment will also have certain guiding significance for enterprises to choose appropriate innovative partners and enhance knowledge reconfiguration ability in the process of innovation cooperation.
