With rapid development of Internet technology in the 21st century, various kinds of modern information technologies have been integrated into daily work and life.Consumers look forward safer, more convenient and more intelligent payment experience in the process of internet payment. At the same time, constantly upgraded and improved, various payment methods based on human biometric for identity verification are emerging.Research on the factors influencing initial trust and adoption of biometric payment can not only provide valuable reference for business strategies of enterprises, but also promote the development of mobile Internet finance while promoting the progress of payment industry. This study adopts the method of combining of theoretical models and empirical analysis.Through reading of a large number of documents, the user trust and adoption theory are analyzed firstly, and then according to the status of biometric payment development, from the perspective of initial trust, combined with UTAUT model and perceived risk theory, discussing the structure assurance, trust propensity, firm reputation, initial trust, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, perceived risk,a total of nine factors for the influence of user adoption biometric payment willingness and behavior,in the meantime, gender, age characteristics as regulatory variables in the analysis of the differences of the research variables. The data was collected through questionnaires, using relevant software for data on the reliability and validity test, then according to the relationship among the research variables in the model, correlation analysis, regression analysis and model fitting degree test were carried out At the same time,in this paper, independent sample T-test and one-way analysis of variance were used to analyze the two regulatory variables of gender and age to complete the verification of the model hypothesis. The final conclusion is that the initial trust of users in biometric payment is mainly affected by structure assurance, trust propensity, firm reputation and performance expectancy;initial trust significantly negatively affects user's risk perception;initial trust, firm reputation, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and perceived risks significantly affect the user's behavior intention biometric payment;facilitating conditions and behavior intention have significantly positive effects on users' final use behavior of biometric payment. Finally, based on the above data analysis conclusions, the author put forward personal suggestions on the competitive strategy of the promotion of emerging technologies. At present, biometric payment is in the early stage of development, and future development is unpredictable.Empirical research on user trust and adoption is still preliminary and needs to be explored. This study on the factors affecting the trust and adoption of biometric payment is one of the first academic attempts, which is expected to provide reference and reference significance for future research.
