With the rapid development and gradual penetration of the Internet into all walks of life in this century,electronic banks have become the focus of the development of the current urban commercial banks.People's dependence on the Internet is more and more strong.This will prompt the commercial banks to transform and Reform in the e-banking business as soon as possible,and occupy the market as soon as possible in the same industry,so as to lay a good foundation for future development.This paper studies the current situation and trend of electronic bank development at home and abroad.In the current competitive market and environment as soon as possible the development of transformation,the future development strategy and direction for commercial banks to provide practical significance.This paper through the domestic city commercial banks electronic banking case study,taking SR Bank for example,the development of the macro environment analysis,analysis of internal and external environment and the status quo of business and development perspective,put forward to appear in the electronic bank in the fierce competition in the market to s bank as an example of the problem of domestic city commercial banks.Through the investigation,found that s bank electronic banking business that present situation and existing problems,analyze the reasons,and then put forward to strengthen the construction of business,create self brand,internal management system and other measures,in order to provide reference for the development of electronic banking business in s Bank in the future.The electronic bank SR bank in the process of development,subject to the economic development and social progress and policy support,but the analysis of the external factors of banks,including the opportunities of social progress and economic development,policy support,internal management,customer management,market reputation;but it is also confronted with the competition and the threat of substitutes from the bank;internal factors analysis,electronic bank SR bank has a low transaction costs,immediate,high level of service,personalized and professional services and other advantages,but there exist low electronic business level,low level of information,less perfect planning,low business innovation level,the lack of scientific evaluation mechanism,lack of marketing business depth,there are security risks and other weaknesses,through the SWOT analysis and strategy selection,SR Electronic Bank AG Market positioning should be further identify their own,establish comparative advantage in the market,and constantly optimize the internal and external conditions for in-depth optimization of the banking business and the original service strategy,the original product,business combination and improvement,to achieve the objective of differentiated strategy,build a strong brand.
