The Research On Development Strategy Of W Bank

The development of city commercial Banks,to expand the scope of the banking and financial services,improve the level of regional development of financial services,driving the development of other small and medium-sized financial institutions,enhance overall service performance ability and reform,China's banking industry has played an important role.Facing the trend of economic and financial situation changes and characteristics,to adapt to the economic and financial reforms in the whole advancement,after the reform of the previous process,development of urban commercial Banks in China is in urgent need to establish clear objectives,characteristics,focused on the new development strategy properly,in order to satisfy their own development of small and medium-sized commercial Banks,the regional economic and social development,the needs of the development of the country realize the transformation of city commercial Banks development,the effective performance of the economic and social service function.Based on W Banks as the research object,this paper use the relevant theories of strategic management,trying to build a suitable for the current situation of W strategy of bank management system,based on the existing resources conditions,W bank how to seize the current opportunity,effective implementation of business strategies,enhance their core competitiveness.In this paper,the macro environment analysis of the development of W bank was carried out through PEST,and the competition environment was analyzed through porter's five-force model,and then the micro environmental analysis was carried out.Environmental analysis combined with the development of American community Banks after advantages and characteristics put forward the suggestion to our country city firms.On this basis,from the SWOT Angle and the DELPHI method,the DELPHI-SWOT hybrid analysis model was introduced to carry out the development strategy of W bank,and finally put forward a series of safeguard measures to ensure its implementation.
