Research On The Intelligent Service Strategy Of Yunnan N Bank Branch

With the continuous development of science and technology in recent years,the application of mobile intelligent network equipment is becoming more and more common in China.The emergence of these new things has changed people's living habits,especially in the financial field of transactions.At present,the intelligent bank can replace the counter business with high degree of standardization of business process,so the transformation of the traditional bank can save more manpower cost for the bank.According to the relevant information,more than half of the counter business can be realized through the relevant intelligent machines and tools,and the transformation of the traditional bank into the intelligent bank has already been completed.It has become a trend.In the course of this study,the author first elaborates the current development of Internet finance,clarifies the importance and requirements of intelligent banking services,and then takes N Bank as an actual case,studies the development of intelligent banking services of N Bank,through questionnaire survey and interviews to N Bank.This paper analyzes the current situation of intelligent network service operation and the inefficiency of intelligent network service of N Bank,and puts forward some practical measures to improve the efficiency of intelligent network service of banks.
