Research On Asset Backed Securitization Of Suning Corporation

The concept of asset securitization originated from the United States and began to rise and practice in the 1970 s.As an innovative financing tool,asset securitization has gradually been recognized by the market and has been rapidly applied globally.Since 2014,the asset securitization business has entered a period of rapid development in China.It has played an important role in expanding corporate financing channels,revitalizing cash flow,and reducing financing costs.Under the background of the rapid development of China’s Internet business model,Suning as the leader of Chinese commercial enterprises,broke through the original financing methods and adopted an innovative approach of asset securitization.In2014,Suning and CITIC Securities jointly established the CITIC Huaxia Suning Yunchuang Asset Support Plan.So far,the plan has been carried out two times.During the implementation of these two plans,Suning has brought good results.Suning’s financing of commercial property asset securitization is a breakthrough in traditional financing methods,a powerful measure to deal with its existing financial difficulties,and an attempt to realize its corporate transformation.This thesis firstly studies the related theories of asset securitization based on the literature.This thesis summarizes the results of previous studies,and compares the status quo of domestic and international asset securitization research,and concludes that China is currently lacking in related fields of research.Then from the actual situation,the case background of Suning’s asset securitization was summarized,and the scheme of asset securitization business was outlined.Then,this article carries on concrete research and analysis to the cause and effect of its business implementation,and evaluates the design and implementation effect of the plan.In the analysis process,this article selects a series of financial indicators,compares and evaluates the financial status before and after financing,and the comprehensive effect after financing.According to the comprehensive analysis of the case,Suning’s asset securitization implementation experience was proposed.Finally,the paper finds that the implementation of this business is a strong support for Suning’s strategic transformation in a special period.Through financing,Suning has brought good returns,its asset and liability structure has been improved,and its financing capacity has also been enhanced.This article believes that the adoption of this innovative model by Suning is a correct choice based on the background of the times.It not only plays a positiveintegrated role for the company itself,but also brings about the innovation of the asset securitization business and the management of the same industry operators.Inspired.Therefore,this paper combines the experience of Suning’s asset securitization and puts forward some suggestions on asset securitization and related aspects of business management.
