Research On Profit Quality Of Wuliangye Co.Ltd

The traditional method of profitability evaluation is based on the accrual basis and on the basis of the financial data listed in the income statement to evaluate the level of the enterprise's profit in a certain period.The evaluation of enterprise profit level by using this method may be inaccurate because of earnings management and profit manipulation.In 2016,China's liquor industry listed companies total operating income exceeded 180 billion yuan,with China's consumption structure constantly upgrade this number may continue to climb.At the same time,the overall gross margin of liquor enterprises is higher,so it is of great significance to make more accurate evaluation on enterprise profitability.This thesis uses the case analysis method to study the profit quality of Wuliangye Co.,Ltd.Firstly,the thesis defines the concept of profit quality on the basis of the relevant literatures at home and abroad,this article thinks that the profit quality refers to the degree of the profit and the stability of the profits in each period.Then analyze the internal and external factors that affect the quality of enterprise profitability.Then put forward the reasonable profit quality analysis framework,that is,from profitability quality stability,the evaluation of the profitability and growth of the quality of earnings evaluation.Then use this evaluation system to evaluate the profitability of Wuliangye,and deeply explore the causes of the company's profit quality problems,so that targeted suggestions for improvement.Finally,the paper points out the application value of the research conclusion in liquor industry.This article is divided into four parts:The first chapter is introduction.This thesis introduces the research background and significance of this article,and determines the research methods and research framework on the basis of combing the relevant literatures at home and abroad.The second chapter is the definition and evaluation system of this article.Firstly,the concept of profit quality is defined,and the profit quality evaluation system is put forward based on the analysis of internal and external factors affecting the profit quality of enterprises.The third chapter Wuliangye profit quality evaluation and analysis.This chapter uses the evaluation system described in chapter II to evaluate the profitability of Wuliangye,and the results show that the profitability of Wuliangye has good stability,but there is a slight deficiency in the level of profitability and growth,which is greatly influenced by the development of the industry.According to the results of the evaluation of Wuliangye profitability of the existing problems,and in-depth analysis of the specific causes of the current results.The fourth chapter to enhance the quality of Wuliangye profit suggestions.This chapter puts forward three suggestions on the quality of Wuliangye's profitability.The fifth chapter is the conclusion and revelation.On the basis of previous analysis,this paper puts forward the conclusion of this thesis and explores the application of this research conclusion in liquor-making industry.The main contribution of this article: at present,the research on profit quality mainly concentrates on the industry research,this article chooses the typical case of the industry to carry on the profit quality appraisal,can excavate the deep reason which forms the profit quality question,and on this foundation explores its application value in the industry.
