Study On The Profit Quality Of The Company Of Wangsu Technology

Before deciding to invest in a company,investors often need to understand the profitability of the company.This paper analysis soft industures profit quality to analysis the typical company,Wangsu technology,through anaiysis the company profit quality from amount quanlity,cash flow quality and sustained quality.We can know that through analysis the profit quality of Wangsu technology,whether the profit equate to high profit quality.This paper compared the Wangsu technology and soft industries in amount quality,cash flow quality and sustained quality to find really profit quality of the Wangsu technology.And for the same industries provide some useful suggestions.Through analysis amount quality we found that the Wangsu technology is decline,and the asset turnover decline cause this situation.Then why the asset turnover decline in Wangsu technology,the reason for that is which the company ownership structure too fasten on one hand,it has cause board of directors and board of supervisors cannot use their power to balabced the company.Through analysis cash flow quality we found that its decline,the reason for that is when the Wangsu technology face fierce competition,they must raise accounts receivable througy combination anailsis with soft industries competition and the Wangsu tenology profit situation.Through analysis sustained quality we found that the Wangsu technology have good profit on this side through compared with soft industries.However,single sales carriage the sustained of the Wangsu technollogy so that there is some hidden trouble in this because of the main business market cut throat compitition.The paper propose resonable suggestions in the light of the situation of soft industries and the Wangsu technology,and hope can prove the profit quality of the Wangsu technology.
