Research On Structural Reform Strategies Of Grain Supply Side In Shanxi Province

The incentive distortion of price and the special land management pattern lead to the structural contradiction of grain supply in China.In 2015,for the first time,China proposed the reform of the supply side of agriculture.Shanxi Province responded positively to the national policy.The proportion of food crops planted was optimized.Using the provincial panel data,this paper compares and analyzes the position of the main grain crops in Shanxi province,and finds that the wheat yield in Shanxi province is not different from the national average level.The position of corn cultivation is obviously higher than that of wheat,but it has shown a declining trend.Potato production is low,and there is a clear trend of increasing production in 2016.Using the comparative analysis of cultivated land area and yield,it is found that the wheat planting yield in Shanxi province is at a weak disadvantage compared with the province with the same cultivated land area conditions.The proportion of corn planting is obviously too high,and the proportion of potato planting still has a large space for development.Using the cost-benefit analysis and data envelopment analysis(DEA),it was found that Using the cost-benefit analysis and data envelopment analysis(DEA)of cross-sectional data,it was found that the net profit of wheat and corn in 2016 was negative,and the net profit of potatoes was higher.The DEA efficiency is 0.85 0.61 0.92,respectively.The rankings in the main sample production areas were 6 9 3.The advantages of Shanxi Province were potatoes,wheat,and corn.On this basis,the author puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the structural adjustment of grain in Shanxi province from the aspects of variety adjustment,small miscellaneous grain development,upgrading of potato industry,market-oriented reform and agricultural modernization.
