| Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China, poverty alleviation has always been the focus of the national government’s work, and has achieved phased results. However, under the current circumstances,China’s poverty alleviation efforts are still facing very severe challenges, including the high number of poor people, the inadequacy of infrastructure and the disparity in the extent of poverty. Therefore, how to increase poverty alleviation efforts is a problem that the government departments and relevant scholars need to pay attention to.The poor people are mainly distributed in those remote areas, and the aging of the population in these areas is serious. Most of them are ethnic minorities. This has also made it more difficult to alleviate poverty. It was proposed by President Xi Jinping in 2013 that our country first proposed precision poverty alleviation, and how to make this concept implemented has also become the main work direction of government departments at all levels.More and more scholars have begun to discuss this issue. With the support of government departments alone,it is difficult to fundamentally solve the problem of poverty,so it is very important for poor residents to get out of poverty from their own situation, and the financial means are a very crucial part of it.It has a very important role to play in the overall effort to reduce poverty. At present, the problems existing in China’s economy mainly lie in institutional problems and structural problems. These problems can not be solved in a short period of time. Therefore,it is necessary to rely on the supply-side structural reforms to promote the development of the entire economy. In such a reform environment, based on the relevant theoretical knowledge, and using Inner Mongolia Xing ’an as a case study, this paper found that the financial precision poverty alleviation is very consistent with its actual situation. This method of poverty alleviation is very practical for Xing’ an.However,in the process ofimplementation,we have also encountered related problems, which are mainly reflected in the following: the lack of relevant legal security systems, the over-simplification of the pro-poor financial system, and the lag in the development of agricultural insurance. Therefore, the government departments must strengthen their guidance and further improve relevant laws and regulations, and at the same time help poor residents to build up sufficient financial awareness so that traditional industries can develop in a more modern direction.Only in this way can the goal of targeted poverty reduction be truly achieved. |
