The times are developing and science is progressing,which has led to unprecedented development of the global economy.In this development process,the enterprise's demand for human resources is also constantly increasing.Its traditional human resources organizational structure is clearly unable to adapt to this change.In view of this,many enterprises are eager to actively consider HR from the perspective of business development.In recent years,the viewpoint of human resources as strategic partners has attracted more and more attention.HRBP(Human Resource Business Partener)is born as a human resources business partner,which has aroused heated discussion in the circle of human resources.Many enterprises begin to set up HRBP related posts to seek the transformation of human resources.As a new mode of human resource management,how does HRBP position and how can human resource business partners get better application in enterprises? This paper,through the research on the implementation of HRBP in Gezhouba W Company,analyses the current problems in the implementation of HRBP in Gezhouba W Company,and puts forward solutions.This paper mainly uses quantitative analysis method,case study method and theoretical deduction method to conduct a comprehensive investigation and Research on HRBP of Gezhouba W Company.Firstly,using the theoretical basis of HRBP management system and the theory of human resources management development,combing the history and current situation of HRBP,analyzing the functional requirements of human resources department under the traditional human resources management system,and comparing the new requirements of HRBP for human resources management system.Through investigating the development of HRBP in Gezhouba W Company,combining with the current economic and social environment and the current implementation status of Gezhouba W Company,this paper deeply understands the demands and requirements of HRBP at all levels,analyses the problems of HTBP in W Company,and deeply analyses the deep-seated factors in the development process of HRBP,and puts forward the following suggestions: He scientifically constructs the new HRBP model of Gezhouba W Company,and points out the characteristics of the new model in the operation scheme.On this basis,the effect of the new HRBP model is evaluated.Finally,the new HRBP model is prospected.
