Risk Management Of Water Supply Water Treatment Project Of Two Stage In Shougang Park

Urban water supply project is the construction of urban infrastructure,but also a large investment in fixed assets,with a long period of project construction,the project is a one-time investment,slow recovery of funds and so on.Therefore,the economic feasibility and rationality analysis of the urban water supply project must be carried out before the project investment,so as to avoid the serious economic loss caused by the failure of the decision-making.And urban water supply as a kind of public utilities projects,usually do not take the basic pursuit of commercial profit,while the public interest as the main goal.Based on the theory and method of project risk management,Shougang Park wells water water treatment project for the two object of study,based on research of risk identification,risk assessment,risk response and control of risk management theory.Firstly,using AHP to determine the weight of index,establish the model of social and economic impact of water supply project of Shougang Park evaluation,economic impact evaluation of water supply project of Shougang park has six main aspects:macro economy,the economic sector,the relevant departments of economy,environment,social culture and people's living standards,and respectively by sixteen two in order to describe the index;then constructs the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of Shougang Park owned project wells water supply project risk evaluation model,use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the risk of social and economic impact on the project of Shougang park water supply project;finally put forward coping strategies and risk control for the project.The research results show that:water supply project generally belong to non-profit construction projects,its role is mainly reflected in the social service function.Generally speaking,the investment scale is relatively large,the project operation period is up to several decades,the social benefit is great,and the society has a long time.Water supply project in addition to economic benefits,the more important has a certain public welfare.The social and economic benefits of the water supply project of the self-owned water supply project ofShougang park.It shows that the water supply project of Shougang park has been built and put into use,and has achieved good social and economic impact.The research results of this paper have a certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction,development and research of the water conservancy project of Shougang park.
