Study On Risk Management Of Lichen Harbor-Vicinity Logistics Park Construction Item

The construction of Logistics Park is a systems engineering, which have some characteristics of high investment, long period and much uncertainty factors. Therefore, the construction of Logistics Park focuses on the tremendous risk, and the investor of project need take the risk management to ensure the success of project. At present, many logistics enterprises often neglect the risks during the construction and operation, lack enough experiences of risk management, and have little valid approaches to analyze and manage the risks. The risk management gradually becomes a necessary course for the logistics industry to acquire the risk management knowledge of Logistics Park construction project and gets wide attention.This paper analyzed the risks existing during construction and operation of Lichen Lingang Logistics Park project, according to the practical situations and built a multiple assessment index system of project including market, management, economy, technique and environment. According to the fundamental of multi-layer Gray synthetic evaluation method, the risks of Logistics Park projects are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The result indicates the level of risk can be accepted. Base on this result, some effective suggestions for risk management are brought forward, which can offer references of project risk management and do favorable contributes to the project.
