Investment promotion is the main driving force of the local economic and social development,which has been highly valued.At present,traditional way of investment promotion does not fit the rapid economic developing situation,the informationization process developing by leaps and bounds and the requirements of various enterprises.Therefore,how to make scientific and rational investment promotion strategies has become a key to guide the practice.It has the effect of macroeconomic regulation and control to optimize the overall layout,but also to accelerate the transformation and upgrading of industrial structure.It also play a key role to improve the efficiency and quality of investment promotion and to better promote the sustainable development of regional economy.Based on the investment promotion of Jinzhou Binhai New Area as the research object,analyze the internal and external environmental of investment promotion,clear the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of Jinzhou Binhai New Area’s investment promotion.Combining with its development orientation and target,make practical investment promotion strategies by focusing on how to combine the actual situation of Jinzhou Binhai New Area.This thesis contains the following contents:(1)A theoretical basis of the research contains both the elaboration on research background,purpose and significance,ideas and methods,and the introduction of related basic concepts and research theories on investment promotion.(2)Though the analysis of internal and external environment,it will have a whole understanding of Jinzhou Binhai New Area’s investment promotion.The external environment analysis includes two aspects of the macro environment and competitive environment.The macro environment analysis uses a PEST analysis method.The internal environment analysis includes three aspects of investment promotion’s present situation,resources and abilities.(3)Through SWOT analysis,clear investment promotion’s advantages,weaknesses,opportunities and threat.Combined with its orientation and goal,seven strategies have been made to further promote Jinzhou Binhai New Area’s investment promotion.By optimizing the space layout to strengthen industrial park,supporting the leading enterprises to develop pillar industry,taking advantage of harbor and airport to perfect modern port logistics system,developing green emerging industries to advocate innovation drive,Agglomerating the third industry to promote urban functions,strengthening business environment construction to pay attention to service marketing,setting up a project evaluation system to adjust the industrial structure.And five safeguards have been made for the effective implementation of investment promotion strategies.
