With the comprehensive development of our country's enterprise reform, more and more enterprises realize that the employees have become one of the most important resources, especially in hospitality industry which is characterized by labor intensive industry. Therefore, seeking out the hotel's employee relationship management theories and methods, which could keep up with the characteristics of service of the age of knowledge—based economy, has very important practical value and guiding significance for the development of our country's enterprises.Choosing Employee Relation Management of hospitality industry as research contents, and hotel staff as research objects, this paper does a questionnaire survey research, and then, analyzes the current situation of ERM in hotel systematically. In the positive analysis, firstly the paper takes advantage of descriptive statistical analysis to know the essential feature and distribution of sample; By factor analysis,4common factors are extracted; and then, by using correlation analysis, this paper explores the relationship among those factors and the relationship between those factors and the employee turnover intent, meanwhile8research hypothesises are proposed. Using SPSS17.0to analyze and process the data, discussing the reliability and validity, this paper uses correlation analysis and analytical procedure to process the data, in order to validate the research hypotheses.Finally, this paper concludes and works out some management suggestion, and points out the limitations and future research direction. As to hospitality industry, Enterprises should pay attention to ERM, strengthen interpersonal relationship management, help employee balance their work-life, establish efficient communication mechanism, and reasonable staff promotion system. As to employee themselves, they should try to learn how to communicate with others and strengthen their adaption to the hotel. All these research conclusions offer us to strengthen the employee relationship management's construction of hotel and reduce the employee turnover rate.
