Diversity of talent market and broad space for choosing a star hotel industry talent flow,especially hotel employees and more frequent,and the resulting quality of service in the hotel industry with a declining level of service,increase the hotel human resource costs,reduced the enterprise brand and influence,And this affects the overall development of the hotel.In this thesis,based on the theoretical study of employee turnover,combines with hotel practice,explore the effects of employee turnover factors through a multi-perspective analysis of research and identify countermeasures to improving employee turnover,thereby enhancing the quality of human resources management,reducing employee turnover,promote healthy development of hotel.First,types and influencing factors of turnover are introduced,and domestic and international research trends and turnover overview of theories and models summarized,analyzed the construction of grass-roots workers management system principles,technique and method.Secondly,through questionnaires and interviews and other methods of analysis analyzing the reasons YS hotel employee turnover,found in human resources management,corporate culture,hotel managers and other influencing factors on employee turnover,as the building of enterprise culture is a mere formality,surface,not enough people,There are some in human resources management system design is not scientific,enforcement is not in place,and so on,has been unable to meet to retain good employees,employee potential,the need to promote enterprise development.Again,according to YS hotel's situation,using a combination of Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,effective prevention and control countermeasures for the loss of hotel employees,including implementing prudent recruitment strategy;establish a scientific system of remuneration and fair performance appraisal system,taking a wide range of incentive mechanisms,strengthen enterprise culture construction,Enhance employees ' sense of belonging;emphasis on employee training to enhance employee career planning,upgrading the management of business managers;and so on,in order to achieve the "people-oriented" management philosophy,so as to reduce the loss of the hotel employee.Finally,in terms of system protection,establishment of a lead agency,specific measures sector;to institutionalize measures and based on actual hotel,corresponding operations and publicity and training to all employees,new approaches in order to clear the new system,meaning,create a good atmosphere and ensure the effective implementation measures for improvement.
