Since the human society has stepped forward to 20 th century, with the improvement of science and technology, the productivity developed unprecedentedly, enterprises compete fiercely, market demanding kept changing, the requirement of quality and delivery became much more strictly. Therefore, In addition to internal research and development, procurement, production, marketing and other continuous attention, more and more enterprises realize the importance of strategic relationship among the whole supply chain, we call it supply chain management. In the process of product output, in order to achieve the ultimate goal of operating costs reducing, they start to learn the mode of getting along with partners. In this process, purchasing link seems to be more and more important, because it is the bridge of all material incoming, while during purchasing, supplier relationship management(CRM) serves as a role that cannot be ignored. Therefore, on the other hand, paying high attention to supplier management can also promote customers relationship develop effectively, thus conducive to reach win-win and mutually beneficial throughout the whole supply chain.This article, bases on the theory of supply chain management 、 supplier relationship management(CRM), introduces the present station of J company’s supplier relations, describes from supplier development、classification and evaluation, analyzes the problems exists in J company’s current supplier relationship management, thus puts forward feasible optimization measure, while at the same time formulates other purchasing management action, therefore to promote the establishment of strategic partnership among different partners, and reach a good win-win situation.
