The management of supply chain and supplier has been given more and more attention and been a hot issue in the enterprise management reasearch in recent years.It plays an important role in increasing the sharing of information resources in enterprise supply chain and forming strong market competitiveness of core enterprise.Supplier management is a important aspect of the supply chain management,it needs to be systematically implemented above on the survey of supplier,development,assessment evaluation,selection,use,inspiriting and control etc.After studying and analysesing the theory of supply chain and supplier management,we choosed the Southseas Oils & Fats Industrial(Chiwan) Limited(shorted as Southseas Oils),analysesed the status of its supplier management,studied its implementation of supplier management and its achievements and difficulties,summed up its gains and loss,deeply analysesed the assessment,selection,food safety and relationship management of supplier management combined with the operating characteristic of Southseas Oils.At last we made a systematical management program in order to practice to build a proactive mechanism after continuous improvement.It is important in lowering production cost,improving the efficiency of enterprise management and enhancing the market competitiveness of enterprises. |
