In recent years,China's railway industry has developed rapidly.It has gradually moved from "made in China" to "created in China" and has become a brand new business card for international diplomacy.At the same time,the rail transit equipment manufacturing industry has also rapidly emerged.The rail transit equipment manufacturing industry belongs to the high-end manufacturing industry and has the characteristics of high technology content,high capital investment,high added value,and strong industrial power.The level of ability of suppliers plays an important role in meeting the needs of end-users,occupying and opening up markets.As the leading enterprise of CRRC Group,CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicle Co.,Ltd.has 70 % of its production factors obtained through procurement,and it is of great significance to study and improve its supplier management level: From the technical point of view,can effectively reduce procurement costs,improve product and service quality,control funds and inventory,control risk avoidance,and achieve resource integration;From the strategic point of view,we can integrate and optimize the supply chain,accelerate the development of new products,enhance the core competitiveness of the company,and achieve a "win-win" situation.This paper combines the methods of investigation,literature research and qualitative and quantitative analysis.Firstly,on the basis of summing up the current situation of supplier management in CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicle Co.,Ltd.,this paper puts forward such outstanding problems as competitive management,emphasis on efficiency management,insufficient evaluation of performance quantification,and lack of process control.And layer by layer from the supplier's development choice,supplier's performance evaluation,supplier's relationship management,supplier's quality management,supplier's risk management five specific issues.In the context of vendor development options: lack of information base for potential suppliers,lack of planned vendor development,absence of professional assessment teams,lack of some key indicators and insufficient quantification of assessments;In the performance management of suppliers: the quantity of supply is not quantified with the number of problems,there is no continuous performance evaluation,and no supplier incentive is implemented;In the relationship management of suppliers: no strategic cooperation plan for suppliers,no classification management of suppliers,no unified supplier development and training system;In the quality management of suppliers: lack of process control,lack of standardized control;In the aspect of supplier risk management: the lack of risk identification and evaluation scheme for suppliers,the effectiveness of risk management has not been optimized.Then,taking the principle of being comprehensive,scientific and strong in implementation,and learning from advanced supplier management methods,we put forward detailed and optimized solutions.Finally,this paper puts forward the guarantee measures of optimizing the implementation of the scheme from three aspects of establishing the process system,setting up the information platform and strengthening the staffing,so as to provide the theoretical basis for improving the efficiency and performance level of the supplier management and deepening lean development of the company.
