At present,the competition between IT services is becoming increasingly fierce,the enterprise uses cloud computing technology to build a private cloud platform project is increasing,the scale of the project is also growing.The cloud computing technology used in this kind of project has obvious difference with the traditional IT technology,and the project activity is more flexible in parallel implementation and serial implementation.In the process of implementation of the private cloud project,it is necessary to carry out scientific planning and control of the project schedule,to realize the reasonable allocation of time and resources,to ensure the smooth implementation of such projects in accordance with the requirements of customers.In this paper,the method of combining theory and practice,through the research of domestic and international project progress management of the relevant literature,to understand the domestic and foreign projects related to the field of research,content and methods.Mitsui China private cloud platform project as the research object,introduces the project scope and schedule and duration characteristics,using the WBS for project work breakdown,project work order is determined.Using the expert evaluation method and the plan evaluation method,the project operation period is estimated.At the same time,the project schedule plan is made according to the restriction of resources.At the same time,it also compares the difference between the duration of the project plan and the time limit for the client.In this paper,according to the implementation of the project in the process of various progress deviation,this paper studies the project progress of the inspection mechanism,the actual progress of the project and the comparison method,and the project schedule adjustment process.Finally,the impact of various factors on the progress of the project is analyzed.The results of this paper show that,in the private cloud platform to build such a small information system integration project,the use of critical path method to optimize the project schedule is appropriate,to a certain extent,improve the project schedule.At the same time,in the process of the implementation of such projects,through the organization,resources and technology to ensure the implementation of the progress of the project is necessary to protect the three levels,which is the most important in the organization level of security.Although there are still some problems in the optimization and control of the project schedule,the problems in this paper can provide some reference for the implementation of similar projects.
